You can request an @420furs.org e-mail address here. Accounts have a 2GB storage limit, antispam and antivirus protection as well as POP3, IMAP and webmail accessibility. Alternatively, you may request a forwarding address that re-routes mail to an existing account. If you do not supply a current e-mail address you may not be notified when your account is ready; check back every couple of days to see if your requested username and password work.
